Introducing Roles

We have decided to introduce a roles system and everyone picked their roles today! We think this will allow us to use all of our diverse skills to the best of our abilities and if everyone is working on something they enjoy, it'll make everything more fun too!

Here's a description of what each role entails:

Engineers: Work on the development and improvement of existing and/or new machines. Designers: Work on developing ideas for new products and creating the SketchUp files for their designs. Business & Marketing: Work on finding ways we can raise money for funding, controlling our budget and spendings, making purchases for the team, agreeing on the prices for the products in order to make the most profit and selling them to the ISH community (and possibly beyond later on!). Communications: Work on administrative tasks, updating the ISH community on our progress and making the website look good.

Not too much hands-on work but it definitely had to be done and will help the project stay on track in the future :)
